Reverse Osmasis System
Reverse osmosis is the passage of a low concentration compound in a liquid from a semi-permeable tissue through a high concentration of liquid by applying pressure to the liquid. Operation in the reverse osmosis device: the water to be treated by means of the high pressure pump is supplied to the membranes at high pressure to allow the passage of water molecules to the product part of the membraner. 

altThe water to be treated in the Double Pass RO device is obtained by passing through the membrane filtration in series at 2 stages. This can be done with 2 different RO devices or 2 steps on a single device. The device is running ONLINE and is supplied for the use of hemodialysis devices without stored purified water and with the lowest possible contact surface.

 

Advantages of the Double Pass Online Reverse Osmasis System
  • Operating costs are very low.
  • It provides very high quality water with lower conductivity for dialysis treatment.
  • The product in the RO membranes is not affected by the increase in the conductivity of the product at low amounts. When the device is running ONLINE and contamination from the storage system is eliminated, bacteria and endotoxin are not seen in the system.
  • RO Device can be designed as PLC (Programmable Logic Control System) controlled or standard as requested.
